If the order has been prepaid, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to refuse delivery, and once the product is returned to us, an eligible refund will be initiated.
Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition:
- Pet food, treats, supplements, and other edible items
- Toys
- Personalised products
- Bedding, mats, beds, crates, pens, blankets, and tents
- Cat litter, trays, and accessories
- Cat furniture and scratching posts
- Grooming and hygiene products
- Veterinary medicines and healthcare products
