At Suryavets, we are committed to providing high-quality veterinary products and pet essentials. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or damage, we are here to help—subject to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately.

If the order has been prepaid, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to refuse delivery, and once the product is returned to us, an eligible refund will be initiated.

Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Pet food, treats, supplements, and other edible items
  • Toys
  • Personalised products
  • Bedding, mats, beds, crates, pens, blankets, and tents
  • Cat litter, trays, and accessories
  • Cat furniture and scratching posts
  • Grooming and hygiene products
  • Veterinary medicines and healthcare products

This list is not exhaustive. Product pages will clearly mention if an item is non-returnable.

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Products must be unused and in original packaging with invoice.

Condition Check & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt at our warehouse. Approval of a return, refund, or replacement will be determined after quality verification.

Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
